People come from different, they have always to say something, to speak, to tell you some stories.

And this is like very enriching for myself.

Although we have employees here, you can't believe it, that are here since 1989.

That means like, I don't know, over 30 years, 35, 36 years.

So we have a great mix between people that are 15, 13 years here.

So we have fluctuation, but not like every month or something that is good for us.
