And of course, we have new people.

I'm here since two years and seven months.

And what we try to do, because it's difficult, especially after COVID, many persons left hospitality.

They retrained and went for something else.

So many qualified persons, many persons that speak German, especially Austrians.

And then, of course, we have this migration from Arab countries, from Syria, for example, but also from Ukraine.

And many are not skilled, but we have had positive surprises that many have the right mindset and they want to.

Because sometimes I think in Austria, although I have lived many years in Austria, I was raised up mainly in Innsbruck, in Tyrol.

So there is this luxury problem that people complain always.

Ah, everything is so bad.

But if you compare yourself, especially if you travel a lot to other countries, to other situations, we are quite living well in Vienna.

You know that Vienna has been voted for the best city to live several times.

And also at the same time for...

the most unfriendly persons in the world.

So I think this is like typical for Vienna.

And we try to find the balance.

It's difficult.

We try to work on the typical way from hotel careers, step stone, et cetera.

But we also try to encourage our staff to invite their friends, their colleagues,
