The wild card was the last year.
But I hadn't been out of the playoffs in a long time, and it sucks, obviously.
You know, you get to the end of the year, guys are worried about fantasy football, all this kind of stuff.
And it's tough on the fan base because there's definitely a high bar and expectation here in Atlanta.
So, yeah, we're off to a great start.
It's great.
It certainly beats starting the year 0-7 like we did a year ago.
But...
You know, we're very few games into this thing right now.
We've been that team that's under .500 in August.
We've been that team that's eight games back and come back to win the division.
I've lived all that kind of stuff.
So I'm very much today.
I realize today is the moment.
We've seen teams come back.
The Guardians a year ago at this time took the division from Detroit.
So we have our foot on the gas.
We don't look too far ahead.
I'm hopeful that we get to the trade deadline, we're in there, and that we could jump back in.
It was the first time last year that we actually contemplated selling, and it was awful.
