You know, I kind of bent a little bit and took a little bit more talent and didn't focus so much on the fit part.

And I kind of like, you know what, our clubhouse is probably strong enough.

Maybe they're a little rough around the edges, but they're really talented.
And I started leaning a little bit towards the talent.
And I don't think that helped things.
I don't think that's why we didn't make the playoffs.
But it was really an emphasis for us this winter to get back to some of the values and the things that, you know... I just had to be reminded a little bit.
