Sometimes we're speaking as well and we're getting rid of them.

They're definitely more receptive now that we have President Trump as our president.

And we've been talking to the state of New Jersey and saying, listen, they're in violation of this executive order.

So some of the schools are listening to us.

Some of them are definitely pushing back.

But we're trying to teach them.

For some of the board members...

It's just speaking on their level.

Some of them don't understand the policy of secret and lies because their kids aren't maybe transgender, right?

But you know what spoke to some of them, especially the dads?

Boys being in their girls' locker rooms.

So I would tell people, learn who's on your board.

Learn about their lives.

Get to know them.

Have a conversation.

Even if you guys disagree, just get down to their level.

Because really, we're all just parents who want the best for our kids.

No matter what we think, that's ultimately why they're probably on the Board of Ed.

So get to know them and talk to them on their level.

They'll probably see that, hey, we don't need this policy.
