You both have been advocates for keeping the front desk, well, currently in your salon, and then, Ashley, when you were running your salon.

So what was that piece in the client journey, that demand that you were like, I'm going to keep this as part of the operation?

Yeah.

That's one thing that was coming to mind, you know, like at our summit, for example, I've been working on a podcast episode upcoming for the history of the Forest Summit.

And I was just reminded so many of the summit keynotes that we've had have touched on how to create a wow experience, how to create this magical, like go far and beyond like what you think the client might want or expect and really create like this memorable experience.

And I remembered this anecdote of, and I can't remember her name,

what salon it was, unfortunately.

They had like extra umbrellas in the salon and it was a rainy day and they literally like just walked the client back to the car with the umbrella and they went back to the salon.

That's like something that

goes far beyond the bare minimum of service, but you have to have... Obviously, the phone's not going to stop ringing, but if you have something to help you in the background, you can allow yourself to have more present moments with your clients.

That's one of the things that it reminded me of.

But I think this is a good segue to talk about the myths versus reality, something that I know, Jules, you were really excited to talk about.

So...

I don't know.

I feel like you had maybe a small list of certain myths.
