Yeah, so honestly, I'm excited for this because, well, A, we've just recently released our front desk AI feature in Forest, but we also have been really, really intentional about reassuring people that we're not replacing the human connection.

Both of you are front desk experts.

And I feel like this conversation around front desk, there's multiple layers, there's multiple ways to go about it.

There's even, you know, a whole discussion around front desk versus desk lists that has been going around forever.

for years and I was trying to remember when the first time I heard about it was and I couldn't really pinpoint it.

I was telling Ashley earlier, I was like, I think it was at least 2024, but actually I think it's maybe even like before that during COVID or something.

When's the first time you remember hearing about this and why does this debate discussion even exist in your opinion?
