was playing well, has been a little bit banged up.

So I would say the Phillies are probably the team that's playing their best right now.

That roster-wise has a lot of talent.

Payroll-wise, they paid for a lot of talent.

You look at the Padres, and they probably should be a little bit better.

Their offensive ranks, they are either 29th or 30th in pretty much every major offensive statistical category.

OPS, slugging percentage, batting average, runs scored.

You name it, they're probably in the bottom three when it comes to Major League Baseball.

which is a little surprising with Fernando Tatis Jr.

and Manny Machado and Jackson Merrill still in their lineup.

So you would imagine they start swinging it a little bit better.

And once they do, they have a really good back half of the bullpen, obviously with Mason Miller.

And if the Padres do start getting into the swing of things, figuratively, literally, there'll be a problem.
