And actually, that is a good must watch and it's on the list.
So it's based on the Mount Vernon property that George Washington built.
And some articles suggest that he built it primarily for his mother and his family to live in.
The Manuka estate, as I dubbed it, it had several funny addresses.
It had a main road, highway road address.
Then it had two Manuka.
Then it had a different title address.
And then it had three Manuka on the wall when you pulled up to the gates.
So I ended up just calling it the Manuka estate just to get past all of that from the marketing so that everybody knew where they were coming.

It was built in 2004, 2005.

So they're going to do a full renovation on it.
The estate itself is about nine acres.
And it's got a couple of beautiful dams and some older style stables that need some work and a cottage, which look, if you believe in it or not, I think it might be a little bit haunted, that cottage.
I always seem to lose my car keys when I go in there and I'm sure someone's moving them around.
But, you know, not everyone believes in ghosts and there's no lease with the ghost.
And if you want company, then you've got an extra friend there for you.
