My wife goes to three a week, one on Wednesday evening, which is Howard County, Maryland.
And that's a good mix of kind of more rural and a little more suburb people.
The one on Saturday is very, those customers are very big into no nitrate, organic products.
They want the lamb.
They want grass-fed stuff.
And then on Sunday, as our local farmer's market, they're a little more country people, and they're a little more open to some different things, and they don't mind.
One of our big selling things on Sunday is a pre-made pork tub.
So, you know, of course, it's not going to be the healthiest thing for you if it's pre-made pulled pork, frozen in a tub, and all you got to do is heat it up, but it's very good.
That sells great on Sundays.
It does not sell on Saturdays.
It's not even worth taking with you on a Saturday.

No, I wish.
So the state of Maryland, we have to go to a USDA butcher shop.
So both of the butcher shops we use are in Pennsylvania.
USDA inspected.
There's an inspector there.
It has to get inspected and stamped and gone through that way.
So we used to only butcher chickens on farm.
But the licensing with that requires us to sell it off the farm and to get a customer to drive from the farmer's market, which could be only five minutes away to the farm to pick up that chicken is almost impossible.
