So we end up having to send those off to a USDA butcher as well.

So that way we can sell it off farm.

Could sell at a grocery store if we chose.

It's legal for all that.

I wish.

So we run it out of the back of a pickup truck.

And then at each farmer's market, we set up a booth.

You get a 10x10 space, you get your 10x10 pop-up tent like you would at a sports game.

You get your table and a tablecloth.

My wife has a really nice setup.

Run out of coolers.

Coolers have to be monitored.

Obviously, we have thermometers in each one to meet law.

Everything's on ice.

Keep it frozen.

And it's hard frozen when it's coming out of the freezer, so it keeps pretty good.

And the only reason we don't have a trailer is because some of these markets we're going to are on Main Street and towns and stuff.

There's not really the space for a trailer.

I wish we could, but it's just not.
