So our right hand livestock guy right now is a school teacher.
And I bet you, if you asked him three years ago, if you work on a pig farm, he'd probably tell you no, but he's become amazing.

He, you know, just things he probably would have never thought about.
He thinks about now I can have him do chores like while I'm away here.
He did some chores for me and I don't second guess him.
You know, I believe in him and he's really good at it.
And he probably never would have wanted to work on a farm if I didn't kind of make him.
But he grew up in the neighborhood and he started out as a landscape helper.
And when I sold that off, he stuck around and.
He was weed whacking and mowing on the farm.
And then we got more and more animals.
I was like, hey, we need some help.
And then when the last of my lawn mowing clients dropped off, he just stayed around.
And now he's there almost every evening and every weekend feeding pigs and farrowing pigs and doing anything he can.
So I try and expose that to people.
And then on my haymaking side, I have two brothers.
who they have a little bit of an opportunity to farm outside of me, but I think it's hard to come onto a big farm and get hooked and get interested and not just get stuck stacking hay one day a month, you know, doing the hard labor.
These guys came to me, they were good operators excavating sidewise.
And it's like, hey, I'm giving them a lot of chance to put them in my tractor to go make some hay, but get in and go do it.
