And they do well and got them hooked and they'll stick around.

And I think I don't pay them enough for what they deserve, but it's legal.

They love it.

I think they would do it for free.

And you just get them hooked.

And I try and get somebody new every summer, come in and say, hey, you know, you got to start weed whacking, but get them hooked on the farm and see if they like it or not.

And whether I can offer them a full time position or not is something different.

But I'm trying to get people hooked.

Plow a lot of snow.

Last winter we had a pretty good snow year, but we keep working.

We usually don't stop.

There's not.

They go, usually end, some of them go till Christmas.

Some stop at Thanksgiving.

And my wife really loves a break over the winter, just a little bit of a break.

And it gives us a chance to catch up, do a lot of lambing, a lot of farrowing at that time.

And then a lot of those pigs and sheep that we produce over the winter, they're the ones being sold as halves and wholes.

And then we do not produce poultry over the winter months because we raise all of our poultry on pasture.

I don't have housing enough for chickens.

So that stuff kind of drops off and we sell out of that before the end of the year.
