Just curious about that process and, in general, how many tribes are notified?
What's that practice generally like for staff?
Do we get responses?
Just to understand more about what's done there.
And a related question, I noticed that some of the response periods for the tribes, I think it says within 60 days, the consultation must conclude within 45 days and could be extended 15 days.
It seems to me not to jive with the 30 day review period.
So in an instance, if in certain instances, if the tribes get back to the city after the 30 days, how would that work with the approval of the project?
