Without needing to hear too much, unless staff feels like there's a need for it, I guess I'm just curious to what extent, if it's either just yes or no, great, but to what extent, when these changes were being looked at,
kind of checking with the trail, making sure it was like compatible and no kind of like inconsistencies.
I'm sure that's part of the process.

abstract question than I expected, but I'd definitely like to get a sense.
Well, I think the biggest overlap when it comes to the TRIO and the BMMR program relates to the acquisition preservation alternative compliance.
If they are existing tenants that need to be relocated, they would need to comply with our TRIO.
So, for example, in a scenario where a developer says, yeah, we're going to do a total preservation of residences and rehabilitation for some other derelict building or what have you.
is there a mechanism, like for example, right?
So you can imagine other similar scenarios, but related, is there some mechanism where, for example, the city is checking to make sure that as part of that process, those active residents are in fact being, for example, given temporary housing, that they are, you know, it's being done so within a reasonable distance, right?
Like, is there some kind of like,
effectuating relationship between the two that was assessed just to make sure that both kind of hold up.

Other one, so if I'm reading it correctly, the onsite integrated BMR contributions have to be built concurrently with the rest of the units being delivered, is my reading of it.
