Yeah, I I won't throw names of specific tools out there because my experience with different CRMs is limited to those that we've used.
We're trying to build in as much of that customer data into the back of our own platform as possible so that we can use AI to read the data that sits there.
So it's not so much about, or it's not as much about saying, I know Bart and I know what his previous travel experiences are, so much as saying, I know Bart, I know what his interests and you know previous experiences are.
How can I read the experience?
Experiences that have been created for other people that have travelled with Luxico and use that information to create um itineraries and upsells and experiences.
