Well, you you both took uh two teams with a lot of recent success.
I did not, because I'm going with the front office for the Washington Wizards.
Uh yeah, we need to put a microscope on these guys.
What have they been up to?
The Wizards enter this season having missed the playoffs five straight years, and it was all part of this very deliberate teardown and tank that a lot of fans, including me and Andrew, have been clamoring for after years and years of mediocrity.
And you know what?
Mission accomplished.
The Wizards won 50 games total over the last three seasons.
That is 20 fewer wins than the Jazz, who had the second lowest total.
tw 20 is more wins than the Wizards have had in these last three seasons.
They did what a lot of us wanted them to do.
They've loaded this roster up with promising young players.
They landed the number one pick in this year's draft.
They made these huge swings for Anthony Davis and Trey Young.
Then they quadrupled down on the trade trade by giving him a contract that I'm letting you know right now, early favorite to be taken number one on any podcast doing a bad contract draft this season.
For this front office, the easy part is over.
Anyone can build a roster that loses sixty plus games.
I personally would be.
