There's the pressure to improve upon last season, but in this new context of whatever extension he ends up signing.

And adding to that pressure, Detroit really needs him to be the scorer we saw him start to develop into last season.

I do think the shooting with Isaiah Joe and John Collins should help Jalen Dern, but the pressure is on for him to make us forget about last year's playoffs and remind us why we were so excited about him at the end of last season.

He I mean, he probably had the biggest turn in terms of fan perception of him from regular season to playoffs of anyone.

Um okay, so that brings us to end of round three, two more rounds to go.

Front office.

So the guys who are making the trades and the signings, who do we think has a lot of pressure coming this season?

Andrew, who is your pick for front office facing pressure going into this season?

They do, but I wanna shout out Tim Connolly because I would much rather his approach

don't know why.

Connolly is just so willing to be aggressive, so willing to make big swings.

And you compare that to a team like Denver, who I feel like has just let things happen to them over these last few years, and they just get stuck down these dead ends.

And then they get to a point where, like, yeah, you could move off Jamal Murray or Aaron Gordon, but there's maybe there's not a ton of value as there would have been if you had thought about this ahead of time.

And I just appreciate that Tim Connolly.

And so I'm I'm just hopeful that it does work out because I do appreciate the approach.

Uh they might be which one it's gonna be.

I'm excited to watch.

Yeah, I think they might be my number one league pass team heading into the season.
