Very, like, PLG in both cases.

Yeah.

And we both kind of exploited, like, you know, the advent of, like, rich browser experiences.

Yep.

Like, for the first time.

And multiplayer.

Yeah.

You couldn't build, like, a rich real-time, like, single-page app experience before maybe, like, 2000, like,

11, 12, and really it became really legit in 2014, 15 with V8 becoming really mainstream and dominant.

The performance of the browser became there.

So we built this product, and the premise was, let's make it really, really simple for anyone, like a small business owner, podcasters, or even people within a larger company,

to build their own app or database.

And FileMaker, Microsoft Access, some of these products existed back in the day, but never made the transition to the web.

So we kind of built it.

It turns out databases are pretty sticky.

Think about all the Oracle installs and just random large enterprises that are just still chugging away.

You've got your system of record in there and built a lot of customization.

Yeah, so this was like 2013-ish, right?

And at the time, there weren't that many.

I mean, there wasn't really a PLG-like thing.
