It is a totally different experience when you when it's
that the weight is on your shoulders and you're like, hey, it is my responsibility to lead this.
And if I say go left, you know, the 40-ish people that work here, we're going to go left or we go right.
And, you know, that's an incredible weight.
It's an incredible honor that 40 people trust me with that.
And so I wanted to make sure that, hey, if we're setting this trajectory, that's kind of the right trajectory.

Okay, let's go this way and then change course.
Now, I mean, part of the things we're a year in and some of the details that I've already written in there, they are wrong.
We're not going to be doing those anymore because plans have changed.
But generally, I think the framework still lines up.
And so...
Yeah, I just think it took a long time to really put my kind of operator hat off and put my visionary hat on of, hey, this is who we are.
This is who I want us to be.
This is this is kind of the change that I want to see over the next three years in our organization to be able to achieve that raving band experience forever for all people.
I mean, I think it was, it was a lot of combinations of things.
I mean, it was going on other people's sites, seeing how they do things, um, you know, borrowing ideas from other businesses, other, other people, you know, obviously Brad, I borrowed his, his idea from adaptive, you know, getting, getting vent trades paid by ACH.
We are currently, we just implemented adaptive six months ago or so.
