The biggest lie in property management right now is you need 30 to 40 different tech solutions to power one property management operation.
I would say false.
AI can replace a lot of vendors in SaaS, but it supplements the operator.
I wouldn't say that it replaces it.
I would say any kind of data tech or tech vendor where you're trying to grab the data or pay someone else for your own data, I think is one of the first things that's a little bit overrated now, today with AI.

Yeah, it's very tough because a lot of people are looking at AI to how do we replace payroll?
How do we save costs?
We started out by trying to find other ways to cut costs in the tech and really focusing on the internal AI.
The position that you speak of was absolutely a very heavy operational position that wore a lot of hats, did a lot of administrative roles,
And the first thing that I learned when this individual left is that there was still a whole lot of manual task and a lot of things that could be automated.
So my immediate thought was, oh crap, what am I going to do?
Because there's a whole lot of stuff, a lot of balls in the air that got dropped.
But it honestly ended up being a good blessing kind of lesson for me because I was able to very quickly figure out what are we able to automate first,
I'm always a big proponent of automate, delegate, automate, delegate every day.
