But we don't always have to delegate tasks to humans.
We don't always have to think the old traditional way of how do I replace the individual administrative role?
So that was the biggest eye-opener for me was finding a way to do it and repeat it and try to duplicate it with AI.
Yeah.
So there's two parts to that.
Like survival, when I first started jumping into AI, I really needed it to become more profitable as a company.
We have some very thin margins as property managers, and there's a lot of costs that come along with property management and tech solutions and things that you have to pay for.
So the first reason I dove into it was that and realizing I was way behind a year and a half ago when I was
really starting to get introduced to it.
And then recently, you know, I've just, if I realized I was unprepared as far as the administrative and even some of the accounting automation,
And so when you get to those points, like there are, you can either choose to adopt technology, whether that's AI or whatever the advancement is today, that's absolutely AI, kind of like the internet when it came around.
Or it's going to humble you.
Like you're going to get to a position where you need it and you didn't realize you needed it.
And it can speed everything up in your world.
The world, if you can't already tell, is speeding up.
And so that's the first thing that it really taught me is that I jumped into it out of survival because I needed to keep up with...
an astronomical amount of tasks, emails, even some of the bookkeeping and things that are nine years of context and nine years of things that aren't easy to just absorb for any company extra role or for the CEO.
