I wouldn't say forced, but I don't know how I would be surviving.

I don't know how I would have gotten through even the last six months to a year without having an agentic team and an agentic system that allows me to do things about 100 times faster than I used to be able to.

Yes.

And, you know, the, so what I, when I first really dove into AI and I really started to understand what it's capable of and what it can do, the very first thing I started to focus on was building out a safe, like an actual, like equity fundraise.

And then I started to really kind of dive into dashboards and realizing that there was a lot of data that I was never even able to see.

Um, there was data that the, the PMSs don't always offer, which is why we usually have to go and pay for it elsewhere.

And that way someone else can pretty it up.

It's our data.

It's what we own.

And then we pay for it to come back to us.

Well, I, I realized very quickly that.

I wanted to pause all of last year's growth.

We still took growth.

We still had like minimal inventory coming in, but not hotel by hotel or anything substantial.

And we were able to climb 168% net operating income without adding a lot of inventory, maybe just two or three units to our portfolio.

And so that's for many reasons, but a very, very large portion of that reason is because we just cut all kinds of unnecessary stack.

And sometimes the tech stack in our industry, we forget that there's a lot of tech that isn't always in the vendor hall.

It's not always just the PMS and the amazing programs like Breezeway and Stafi and all these other vendors that are around.

It's also Asana, Slack, DocuSign.

There's a dozen other ones that we sometimes forget about.
