And I wanted to take a different path of how do I amplify the team, make them more efficient, build internal agents.

We have an agent, his name's Merlin, that now is like our own large language model that lives within Slack.

And that's his entire role is to be able to support our team.

So I built support agents online.

for our team first to improve their experience, which would then, in theory, equate to the guest.

And it has absolutely done that.

But going back to the NOI, but also, we dropped the NOI.

We were able to do it enough to where we could actually hire

Another human, which was exciting.

We brought on a head of experience role because I feel like in the world of AI and tech and chatbots and a lot of that that is going to continue to happen, people are still going to be yearning for that soul and hospitality that we can't lose.

Yeah.

So, uh, let's start with my morning routine is completely changed.

I used to wake up.

Workout coffee, whatever that is to get myself, get my mind ready.

And then by the time I was ready, I'd go to my computer and get started now.

I go right to my computer, I turn it on, and I say good morning, and that starts an entire 20, 30-minute routine.

Then I get coffee, then I wake up, then I come back, and most of that routine is done.

I've changed kind of the wording or the verbiage of what I feel is going to be a very big paradigm shift for our industry, which is
