And I feel like when I started my team and I still experienced this with a lot of people, they're still trying to be in control of telling AI exactly what to do.
So sometimes they'll get discouraged because they don't always know what to tell it.
It's better to just tell it your problem.

So with AI, I was reading reviews just not long ago, studying the reviews of the hotel we manage, and we have a competitor in the building, and I was reading their reviews, and one said, it's very clear that they use AI for their interaction.
It wasn't a good comment.
So for me, it was very validating in the approach that I took.
