It can't be a soul that cannot provide the same connection with people that humans can.

So I would rather put the emphasis on narrowing our systems, making our tech faster and smarter,

and allowing humans to still be the soul.

And so I'll give you one example, just one practical thing.

AI and technology will alert our team 10 minutes after you walk into your hotel unit or your house or your home.

A human will call you 10 minutes, 15 minutes after that and check in and see how you're doing.

And so it's not just an app.

It's not just a chat bot.

We're not waiting for them to reach out and the chat bot to filter through their questions.

We're just leveraging technology to make our life easier, to make the team more comfortable and better at what they do.

And then the human in the loop to just make sure that we're always staying connected to our people because that is important.

It's a great question.

The landscape is changing quite rapidly.

Three years from now, man, it's going to be, it's a hard one to predict.

The one thing I can see that's already starting to happen is we're already going from the core being the center of our world in this ecosystem, the core being a property management software.

I think those days are over, not meaning that

property management software is necessarily going away quickly but it's no longer just your core your core is is going to be unique in the sense that you can now build develop and connect to just about anything that you use so i think the tech stack is going to massively shrink

We're going to have a different vendor hall in the near future.

And three years from now, I think we will be hiring differently.

I've already witnessed, because I listen to a lot of podcasts and follow a lot of things in AI.
