So I travel out of the country, and I just came from a trade mission.

And the prepay didn't work at one of the hotels.

So we can sit here and talk if we haven't

done the deed, you don't know.

And I've traveled to many countries as a city commissioner as well.

So you can't prepay at every hotel.

That is not true because we just saw that when I went to Port Elizabeth.

We couldn't prepay.

I used my own credit card.

And not everybody chooses to use credit cards.

Some people don't like to put things on credit.

There are people that choose to just pay cash.

So to sit here and say that you all have a credit card and you all have, everybody's situation is not the same.

And that's why if somebody wants to do it, it's only optional that that person should be allowed.

I may not choose to use credit at all.

So then I'm now at a disadvantage because of something that happened in 2002.

Credit cards are used by commissioners all over this county.

There are 31 municipalities.

And to think that you're going to sit here and judge me, which is what you're doing, that's how it's coming across.
