Good morning, everybody.
All right, this is a proclamation requested by Commissioner Alexander P.
Davis.
Whereas all children and their overall social, emotional and physical wellness is vitally important to the future of Broward County.
And whereas the needs, challenges, successes and impact all children have on society should be addressed and prioritized to ensure their critical needs are met and that every child is given an opportunity to develop, flourish and succeed.
And whereas a time should be set each year to direct our thoughts toward enhancing the quality of life for all children in Broward County.
And whereas the Broward County Board of County Commissioners, through its Human Services Department, Community Partnerships Division, along with the Children's Services Administration section, recognize that each and every child deserves access to care and support that is nurturing and promotes healthy development.
And whereas the Commission recognizes the important work of community residents.
community, residents and provider agencies to foster the success of all children and provide services and support to assist them in becoming productive members of society.
Now therefore, be it proclaimed by the Board of County Commissioners of Broward County, Florida, that the Commission hereby designates june twenty twenty five as Children's Awareness Month in Broward County, Florida.
