We live in our heads so much because I think we talk about grounding a lot, but we also like, what does it feel like to get up and out as well?

It's so much easier to talk about your anxious self, inviting them into the room with you, observe them, see them.

And there's such a different perspective.

The block is always, oh my God, I hate them.

There's such a problem.

But it's, then there's the-

that perspective, I actually feel really sorry for them.

I'm so sad.

And it's like, what do they need?

How can we help them?

And really combining these parts as a whole, not just, you know, we always are so tough on ourselves, but we always know what to tell someone else.
