Dorgan also shot his in-laws who were at the game.
Both are in critical condition.
Dorgan had a history of family disputes, and a lot of them involved conflict over his gender identity.
He had gender reassignment surgery in 2020, according to court documents.
His social media profiles, too, were under investigation because he was online defending trans congressmember Sarah McBride.
He wrote in part, don't be so hurt over somebody who's different and then wonder why trans people go effing berserk.
