And we sometimes act as if we're not, right?
You know, like growing up, I always heard this thing like, oh, I don't have an accent.
You certainly have an accent, right?
It's just you think of yourself as non-located, something like that.
And it seems like there's a tendency to do that in the philosophical tradition as well.
And you kind of see that locatedness when you get outside of the tradition and see other things like Native American philosophy and these other traditions, which I think is really important.

i think i mean that could be really important to people like us like what i work on maya philosophy and don't have any any ancestral connection there but that it shows that people outside of uh of these traditions can actually engage with and learn from right and use the kind of ideas in these traditions
um
