And one of them was you were talking about intergenerational wounds and how we stop that trauma going to the next and the next.

This is something that's

the world has been grappling with right how do we stop this trauma going through and then you spoke about going to this conference or workshop and then coming home and sitting with the kids like what was it about that conference or about that workshop

that changed your perspective or did it change your internal soulful?

Like what happened to initiate that?
