He or she or they are worried about how they'll be perceived and which is not something you can necessarily control.

And I always give the advice that you should, in your career, worry about what you can control.

You do have a track record here.

And the track record is that you've parted ways with three agents and are looking for a fourth.

I do think it's worth asking yourself, well, what happened?

And how do I have that not happen again?

And especially if you initiated all those breakups.

So that way, the next fit is one that lasts.
