Yeah.

I'm so great now.

Everything is so fine.

But my life fell apart.

So I lost my home.

It was horrible.

And then I had to move.

So I was living in this weird rental by myself that delayed it a little bit.

So I think all in all, it took about two years.

But also I think that to get into kind of advice mode, I mean, it was horrible.

It was the hardest year of my life.

The intense period where I was really writing the book.

But it also, sometimes you have to draw from negative emotions to get things done.

And I did.

I thought,

I mean, I lost my home.

I lost my marriage.

My marriage fell apart right before it happened.

Our dog died.
