And it turns out that they don't have a sharp knife or they don't feel confident to cook it or they don't think their children will eat it or their oven doesn't work and it's an oven-based dish or all of these reasons.
So it turns out that there are lots of underlying reasons and those are called the social determinants of health, right?
So these are all things that we work on.
that are really important as to whether or not people cook and one of the key ones that people ignore all the time in the charity sector is convenience because these are people that are getting delivery right they're getting deliveroo or just eat you know don't cook just eat good grief you know they come back and they just they're expecting people to deliver to their door
So if you're expecting somebody to go down to a community centre and show up at 11 o'clock on a Tuesday for the next six weeks, that's literally the opposite of what they're telling you they want.
And they're telling you they want convenience.
And that's what we do.
We deliver convenience.
We deliver everything to their door.
And you can take part at home in your own time, whenever it's convenient for you.
If you're working shifts, you can cook at 3 a.m.
That's fine.
And that's really important to think about.
