We also provide equipment because we know that the people that we're working with don't have certain equipment.

So they don't have measuring equipment.

They don't have sharp knives.

So we provide knife sharpeners.

It's all part of the course.

And so it's a proper cooking course.

So people will be led through a series of tasks and skills, including cooking the three recipes whose ingredients we've delivered.

And when you're cooking those recipes, you will learn things while cooking the recipes.

It's very much a learning through doing kind of thing rather than just a sort of, oh, here's a recipe kit, just cook it.

There are skills that we know that people need to learn in order to manage their kitchen.

And they include things like batch cooking, for example, because the people that we're working with

You know, they lead very unpredictable lives and you need to have something in the freezer ready to take out and stick in the microwave.

Otherwise, you're just going to opt for ready meal or takeaway.

We work with around 2,500 families a year, so that's probably about 7,000 people a year.

And we have to date worked with, I've lost count, but over 16,000 families.

Certainly for the people that we work with, we've clearly demonstrated that we can change these trends.

But I do think that you need to think really, really hard about what are the underlying reasons that people are behaving the way that they're behaving.

It's very easy to say, oh, they can't afford food, right?

It's very easy to say things like this, but you need to look at the underlying reasons because I've had lots of people tell me they can't afford food.

Then you offer them a bag of four meals for three pounds, right?
