The way my business used to be was it was just that I wanted them to go to the inquiry form and send me an email so we could chat over there.

But now my website is set up as an online shop.

So everything comes through that website and it's crucial that I'm moving people.

I'm also really aware of not putting all my eggs in the Instagram basket.

They are there right now, but I'm trying to filter people now to an email list as well.

because I don't want my business to suffer if something ever happens to Instagram.

They're always changing the algorithm and all these sorts of crazy things.

If that platform ceases to exist one day, I don't want my business so tied up in that that I've got no other plans.

So having backup resources for that community is really important too.

And it's always been set up like that.

I've had my hands in many literal and metaphoric pies, many different revenue streams, um, which gives me so much security.

Like there's things that are very obvious that I'm doing.

And then there's things behind the scenes.

Like I work on product collaborations.

Like I've got a range of products with certain businesses that also generate income for me, all those sorts of things.

Some are like plastered all over my website and some are not.

Um,

But that's just smart business, I think.

I mean, it's exciting stuff for me to always be working on different things, but smart business, not just relying on one income stream all the time.
