Hiring people and taking on that responsibility did scare me a little bit.

I've been doing this for seven years and only now after seven years, having assessed my industry from a whole bunch of angles, would now feel confident in taking someone else on board and scaling the business.

So if I can remove myself from the physical baking, which is the bit that I did fall out of love with a couple of years ago, having someone who can come and take on that for me, but also just be like super independent would be really important for me.

People who can like, I don't like to give that much instruction, do your own thing under the Sweetbakes brand would be ideal.
