But then there are some couples where they've reached the end of their relationship, and that can be, they can reach the end amicably or they can reach the
end where maybe just the trauma and the hurt, possibly if it's an infidelity and it was going on for years and there's huge secrecy and huge deceit and a huge lack of
Trust.
Sometimes that can be too much for people to repair from.
But that's not always.
I mean, there is comeback from infidelity and those huge breaches of trust.
They can be repaired also.
It just depends maybe
On the willingness of
To let the hurt go.
There is a requirement, even like that in an infidelity, there is a requirement at some point to move on and to let the hurt go.
And that may happen down the road, but it does need to happen at some point.
Otherwise it just keeps coming back and it keeps being used to weaponize the relationship.

Um, yeah, I think it came about because working in healthcare uh for like 25 years, I found myself feeling really burnt out towards the end of my 30s.
And I knew I needed a change.
I knew I hadn't got under 10 or 20 years left to give that profession.
