And so we we can kind of explore

What relationships mean to people and how they can become them best their best selves both in and out of the relationship.

Yeah, for sure.

If you're going home and if you're a stranger to the person that you're sharing a bed with.

It's um, you know, it feels like relationship purgatory really.

So there's no intimacy in some relationships and that's really sad.

And when couples feel maybe that there's no point, I think couples feel that if they're attending a therapist that it's like the death knell in their um relationship or that a relationship therapist is like the grim reaper.

And really it's far from it.

Like I think a lot of the couples I see come

Just to g to navigate rif d really difficult times in their relationship, it doesn't necessarily mean that the relationship is doomed to fail.

Yeah, the people come for a variety of different reasons.

And I mean I think to think that relationships are going to be as smooth sailing is kind of naive.

that we we have to be able to, I suppose, grow and change.

And can we do that within the relationship?

Is the relationship kind of supple enough for us to be able to to grow as individuals and together as a couple?

I think relationships, there's a huge amount of expectation put on relationships to to be the almost the life support for the person.
