So we have seen a little bit of a thawing of how the coach group see themselves viewed by the AFL.
So that was quite low.
That was sort of 14 or 15% think they're well regarded.
That's moved up to sort of over 20%.
So I think that's just some evidence of some change and evolution in how that's working, but sort of work to do there.
I think from a sort of contracting point of view, the big things is obviously remuneration.
So there's still a sort of high level sort of 70% plus who feel that they should be remunerated more for their role.
And we'll continue to work on that with clubs and obviously soft cap and where that sits.
But one of the big things is obviously termination clauses as well.
And so I focus on that and I've gone out to all the club CEOs recently just around assistant development coaches.
And so these sort of short one or three month contracts actually make it pretty vulnerable for coaches and the ability to sort of have more security then allows coaches to potentially move around more to other clubs, get more experience.
And so
We just see that as an area where clubs can actually make the attractiveness of the profession a lot better.
Well, I think we, I mean, we ideally want to get, you know, players have got the sort of full payout based on their sort of arrangement they have.
And in a perfect world, we'd have that.
But, you know, we're realistic that getting to six and 12 months is,
across the board would be a really important thing.
I think the overlay of that is also there's a competitive balance conversation.
So where some clubs may not sort of offer long termination clauses and other clubs can, it's almost like an attractiveness and a competitive balance lever that they're pulling.
And so if we're trying to get everything as even as possible, this is actually something that, you know, ideally if we had minimum six months or minimum 12 months, I think that would even that up.
