Well, I think there's two things there.
I think it's absolutely an ongoing conversation that we need to be having every year.
I think probably there's also underneath just the overall dollar figure, there's what tweaks can be made just around some of these things or how can influence be pushed on clubs to actually take up some of the things that are there in the soft cap.
So I think there's the big sort of what's that big number, but there's also then how's it working underneath with the clubs.
And so that's probably where we see the next 12 months is really sort of
Working hard with the clubs to make sure some of those things that they do have the ability to improve for the coaching group overall comes through in the system.
Look, we've obviously, there's 20% at the moment, and I think that's sort of an open conversation around, well, does that stay at that figure or does it become more?
And I think that's just probably what I'm saying.
That's probably another lever underneath.
Yes is the answer.
I think, you know, the ability to have that out would be great.
But I think there's, you know, some more work to do on that.
Yeah, it's interesting.
One of the things we ask is length of game.
So, you know, do you think the game?
And so none of the coaches think the game should be any longer.
And we've got about just over sort of 60-40, 60% that think the game should stay the same length and then 40% that think the game should be shorter.
So this is an individual game.
But what's interesting is in that 40%, there's nearly half of that group having the game considerably shorter.
So we sort of give them options.
