you know, marketing uh company and we're doing media buying and we have a call center, we have a technology and the C R M.

We're really looking for a place, you know, another car to put that engine in.

because we knew it fit really well in a lot of other different models.

And we searched in all the places you would think we would look.

Uh we looked at countertop companies and cabinet refacing companies and kitchen and bathroom remodeling companies.

And none of them were really a good fit.

We looked to acquire either startup concepts that could be franchised or um existing smaller franchises.

And the bottom line is none of them were really a good culture fit.

Uh they fell into the category of

What I would say is it happens a lot in franchising out of the, you know, four or five thousand franchise owners out there, they were just looking for a transaction to uh basically get

royalties and they weren't focused on

truly putting things in place to uh to help the partners, franchise partners grow and they didn't look at their franchisees as franchise partners.

So we knew that wouldn't be a culture fit and we got introduced to uh Guttervack, Julian Harper, who's now our C O O

She came she brought the concept of Get Her Back to the US.

She did a pilot in Long Island and she was looking for a franchise partner.

And when we look at that business, it's uh it's been in Australia for twenty years.

Her father started it.

Um, it's I believe the second largest franchise in Australia.

And we looked at the way that they thought about franchise franchising and looked at the franchise partners.

It's just that.
