It was a it was a hard left or right turn based on where we were going before, but we ended up

bringing along the right people and it's great to start a franchise.

You know, as as you guys know, the hardest franchise to fail is the first one.

Second hardest at the second.

And it goes like that until you get to about ten, gets a validation.

So to be able to start out with with five or six people who've been running the model and living the model already and be able to validate really gave us a a big jump and a head start.

Yeah, I think that's a good point and we use that same strategy when we launched our second brand out by Guttervack.

So I've never technically sold my first franchise.

So you might be right on that and uh

You know, ultimately, you know, we we went through the same phase.

We had a bit bit of a head start because we've been running the model.

In both of our brands before we launched it, we brought licensees or dealers over

into it, but uh I do remember about after year one and we had that number of ten to fifteen

where it felt like we're coming out of sort of the freshman phase into the sophomore phase where it wasn't you know, the honeymoon period was over and it was less about

the vision is more about having traction and making sure we were

continuing to prove and not just

they were at.

Yeah, we're the franchise or so we we entered into a master license agreement for uh gutter back and

going through the process of looking for a second brand uh about three or four years ago.

After we built all of our systems and processes and we had
