They're very much seeking this.

Another child may jump right on a swing and be spinning, spinning, spinning.

That child needs more vestibular input.

Then there's also the child who looks in the gym and doesn't know what to do.

That child may be having trouble with motor planning, ideation.

They don't know how to play.

So that child we need to teach them how to play and figure out why don't they know how to play.

And then from there build off of their skills that are already there.

So w as you watch your child uh recess, I'm constantly talking to parents about recess.

It's a very important time and it's where kids create connections.

I'll talk to a teacher and she'll say, Well, at recess, he's just running and hugging everyone, or he's crashing into everything.

And they are constantly saying, no, Johnny, no, Johnny, don't do this.

But what if we took that and we say, Johnny, I can see your body really needs some heavy work.

It's not so our friends don't like it so much when we use their body for it.

But how about if we push this truck in the sand and we dig and we bury the truck?

that might feel better for our body.

Because then the child just transformed I'm the bad kid to I understand my body better.

I'm not bad.

I just need this work and this is a better way to get it.

And I think that is a core problem.
