And I really had to coach this dad on coming out of his own structured rules that we as adults have to meet his son where he was at.
That's where we can see not only the parent understanding the child more, but the child understanding what his parent needs more and helping the child to then learn how to regulate and how to get things that have to get done within the house done, whether it's bedtime.

There's a child who's really struggling with sleep.
She was having nightmares but didn't know how to express it.
But when we were playing, started role playing nightmares and it became very clear that this is what's happening with her.
And so then the parents understood that.
