Turns out it actually does help when other people are like in your shoes going through the same thing.

We have like a low, it's called new mom school.

I think they have locations all over the country, but I joined it with one of my friends who gave birth two weeks after me.

And I was like, okay, if anything, it's

going to hang out.

We had the best group of women.

I think it was 13 of us.

And the instructor was like, this is the best group ever.

Like, don't tell anybody I told you that.

Now I'm like outing her on a very public podcast.

But everybody is so funny.

Like, and we're all second time moms.

And we all had kids within, I think, like six weeks of each other.

And

incredible.

Our group chat, it feels very validating.

There's people up at all time of the night.
