And then in my 20s, you know, I brought babies into the world, started a family, met my former husband and was working full time, going to school full time.
And then my kids were one in three.
Um, and so through that, it was, I think that was one of the hardest times of my life because I would see my kids maybe 30 minutes to an hour a day and I wanted to be there and I couldn't quit my job.
I couldn't stay home, all of those things.
And so I had to find a way and that's how I became an entrepreneur in a nutshell.
Um, you know, but I, um,
Started a business.
It was a hefty investment.
I found my mentor who teaches women how to start a Facebook ad agency.
So my first business was marketing agency.
It's still running.
It's been going about five years.
But it took a massive leap of faith.
We were living paycheck to paycheck at the time.
My former husband was not too thrilled about the idea.
He was terrified.
The investment, all of that.
And I essentially it was a moment that I was not going to ask for permission anymore.
I had to do something for myself and, you know, stand in my power.
And I let him know you're going to have to trust me.
