okay and so this is very interesting because once you make this connection and you start to pay attention to what your thoughts say about the world and what your thoughts say about yourself you can kind of dig deeper and say okay i i see why i am where i am in life right now yeah and then there's a certain self-accountability you gotta take yeah it's almost like the um there's like this meme of this kid where it looks like he's hanging on to this stick in in a river
