We can take risk in life.
We can do bigger things.
We're not afraid.
In fight or flight, we're making decisions from fear.
It can feel very anxious.
You're running from one thing to the next.
You don't know what you should focus on.
No clarity.
In safety, we have clarity.
We are calm.
We're grounded.
And we're making decisions that are in alignment with where we want to go.
No, that's that's a very good point.
I wasn't either when I jumped.
And in fact, I lived in fight or flight for my entire life up until that point, just because of how I was raised.
My parents kind of had they never had their nervous systems tuned to safety.
And, you know, they were always in that position as well, like blue collar trying to make ends meet.
